After much consideration, we are deeply sorry to announce that Mazzera’s Remodeling Center has made the extremely difficult decision to discontinue operations.

This was not a decision we made lightly. For nearly a century, our customers have placed their trust in Mazzera’s for their window, door, kitchen, and bathroom remodeling projects. It has been a privilege to serve generations of families throughout our community, and we sincerely regret that we will no longer be able to personally serve you.

As we prepared to close our doors, one of our greatest concerns was finding the best possible way to continue helping our past customers. We understand that it can be difficult to find a trusted contractor who is willing and able to assist with warranty questions, repairs, or additions to an existing installation. We wanted to provide our customers with a dependable resource instead of leaving them to navigate these needs on their own.

Continuing Our Commitment to You Through California Energy Consultant Service

We believe the best way to continue supporting our customers is by referring you to California Energy Consultant Service (CECS). As a previous competitor of CECS, we came to respect the honesty, integrity, and values they bring to the industry.

CECS is a local, family-operated company that has served the Sacramento region since 1981. They carry many of the same window and door product lines and have developed strong relationships with respected manufacturers, including Simonton, Anlin, Andersen Windows, and others.

Our primary salesperson, Hayley, has also joined the CECS team. She will continue offering many of the same trusted window and door products and we can also assist customers with siding, roofing, and other energy-efficient exterior improvements.

How CECS Can Help Previous Mazzera’s Customers

CECS is available to assist our past customers in three important ways:

Manufacturer Warranty Assistance
CECS can help answer questions, identify the appropriate manufacturer, and assist in facilitating eligible manufacturer warranty claims.
Discounted Repair Services
When repairs are needed and circumstances allow, CECS may be able to provide installation-related service work at a specially negotiated discounted rate.
Matching Existing Windows and Doors
CECS can help customers who want to add to or complete an existing installation by identifying matching or comparable window and door products with similar brands, styles, and quality.

Exclusive Benefits for Previous Mazzera’s Customers

We have negotiated a substantial repeat-customer discount for previous Mazzera’s customers who are planning future window, door, siding, roofing, or other qualifying home improvement projects.

When contacting CECS, please mention that you are a previous Mazzera’s customer so you receive the appropriate assistance and any available benefits.

The manufacturer warranties included with your original window and door products remain in effect, subject to each manufacturer’s terms and conditions. For assistance reaching the appropriate manufacturer warranty department, please call (209) 466-9724.

Please understand that CECS is a separate company and is not responsible for labor or installation warranties associated with projects previously completed by Mazzera’s. Any assistance, repair services, or discounts offered by CECS will depend on the individual circumstances and the nature of the work required.

CECS does not directly offer kitchen or bathroom remodeling. However, we are developing a referral list that may include some of our former subcontractors who can assist with those services at a pre-negotiated rate.

GARY MAZZERA

Gary has more than 50 years of experience designing kitchens and bathrooms, supervising projects and decorating. He also has specialized training in the design and remodel of handicapped kitchens and bathrooms. Gary enjoys working with his clients and spending as much time as needed to understand their needs and wishes.

DAVID MAZZERA

David has worked for Mazzera’s for 45 years. David, Gary and Bonnie Ostrander make an ideal design team, providing their customers with a wealth of experience and knowledge. David’s ability to coordinate design and remodel projects is very special. The service he provides cannot be found anywhere else in the Stockton and San Joaquin area.

BONNIE OSTRANDER

Bonnie is a 42 year veteran of the Mazzera’s team and brings 40 years of designing and decorating experience to her customers. She has a warm and very friendly personality that benefits customers because she genuinely enjoys helping people. No matter how large, small or difficult a project is, Bonnie will spend as much time as it takes to satisfy the owner’s wishes. She has trained with the best designers in the field, and her ability to communicate with her clients is a very special talent.

Dave’s installation of the many windows and both sliding doors was excellent! We are very happy with the dual glaze windows. There is no water build up on the inside of the glass nor are there any draft, they also cut down on the amount of outside noise that enters the house.
